The STARS Skywarn Standard Operating Procedures Manual includes the weekly STARS Skywarn Net Preamble, as well as a variety of aids to assist the Net Control Station during a net.

Skywarn Net active and standby mode scripts were added and a few cosmetic changes werre made.

This document is a work in pogress. I encourage suggestions and contributions from anyone on our Skywarn team, as well as the public at large. This will be greatly expanded on in the next few months.
